Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms govern your use of ConnectFlow, a CRM and marketing-automation platform for service businesses, operated by Gabe Farrell, New South Wales, Australia (“ConnectFlow”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

ConnectFlow provides a customer relationship dashboard, automated follow-up workflows, appointment scheduling, review requests, a customer journey board, a website SEO scoring tool, and a lead-capture endpoint your own website can post to. Some features (such as SMS and calendar sync) depend on optional third-party integrations.

2. Your account and subscription

Plans, prices and trial terms are shown at signup and on the pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any one-time setup or website build fee is charged as quoted when you sign up and is not refundable once work has started, unless required by law.

3. Websites and hosting

Where your plan includes a website, we host it as part of your monthly subscription and make any included updates described in your plan. Hosting is provided on a fair-use basis: it covers the normal traffic and page count of a typical small-business site. If a site’s usage is far beyond that, we may contact you to agree an adjusted fee or arrangement. If your subscription ends, we may take the website offline after a reasonable notice period, and you can ask for a copy of your site content before that happens.

4. Your data and your customers’ data

You own the contact, appointment and quote data you enter or collect through ConnectFlow. We process it only to provide the service to you, running the automations and integrations you configure. You’re responsible for having consent to message your own contacts and for complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any other laws that apply to your business. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ConnectFlow to send unsolicited messages, to send unlawful or misleading content, or to abuse, scrape or overload the platform, including its public lead-capture and calendar-feed endpoints. We may suspend accounts that breach this.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to let you know about planned maintenance that affects availability.

7. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using ConnectFlow and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We’ll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and let account holders know of material changes by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
